Description
Apart from the Confederation's
super base design, nothing equals the Black Lance
base's hitting power or self-sustainability. Designed
to operate without external support for extreme
amounts of time, this covert starbase is an outgrowth
of starbase conversions used for clandestine activities.
This class actually represents the first dedicated,
full service covert operations base. Housing an
undisclosed number of heavy fighters as well as
weapons mounts and state of the art communications
and electronic warfare equipment, the existence
of this base in a system would severely cripple
enemy activity of all sorts. ()
